All units are subject to a $400 deposit ($200 non-refundable) and a $30 application fee. For pets, we require a $300 one time non-refundable pet fee per pet and $20 per pet per month in conjunction with the agreed upon rental rate. Rental rates are not guaranteed without a deposit, and rates are subject to change.
